ROEN is redefining modern luxury in fine jewelry and bespoke engagement pieces. We seek a charismatic, analytical client advisor to scale our bespoke business, building meaningful client relationships and guiding on high-value purchases.

You will translate diamond and design details into clear insights, tailor interactions to client needs, and close deals while driving referrals. This is not traditional retail sales; it’s building a high-growth brand with mentorship and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales or advisory role in luxury (jewelry, fashion, watches), real estate, finance, or consulting.
• Clear, empathetic communication and conviction.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable end-to-end.
• Sharp eye for aesthetics and language of taste.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-trust environments with real impact.
• Willing to grow with a brand and earn like a top performer with uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships from first inquiry to delivery, guiding with clarity and care.
• Translate complex information about diamonds and design into clear insights.
• Tailor interactions to each client’s needs, values, and aesthetic.
• Close deals and drive referrals through trust and thoughtful follow-up.
