Job summary

ROEN, a New York-based fine jewelry house, seeks a charismatic client advisor to own a global client base and advise remote clients on bespoke engagement rings and fine jewelry while managing our Shopify store.

You'll build relationships across time zones, translate complex jewelry concepts into clear guidance, and drive sales with thoughtful follow-up. This is a high-impact, leadership-growth track for someone organized, entrepreneurial, and data-driven.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales or advisory role (luxury, jewelry, real estate, finance, or consulting)
• Clear, empathetic communication with clients
• Highly organized, self-motivated, accountable end-to-end
• Ability to manage relationships across time zones and learn Shopify or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with the global client base from inquiry to delivery and guide clients across time zones
• Translate complex diamonds and design information into clear guidance
• Tailor every interaction to client needs, values, and aesthetics
• Close deals and drive referrals through trust and thoughtful follow-up
• Manage daily Shopify store operations, inquiries, and fulfillment coordination
• Maintain CRM updates and internal notes for seamless handoffs
