Zusammenfassung

TruStage is seeking a senior Privacy compliance lead to mature our privacy program and align data use with regulatory requirements. You will partner with Compliance leadership, advise on privacy, and mentor teams while driving cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise.

You will guide California privacy compliance, develop monitoring and governance, and shape strategic priorities. A proactive, collaborative leader who can balance risk with business goals is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, compliance, information management, law, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in privacy compliance, records and information management, regulatory compliance or related discipline.
• Experience developing and enhancing privacy programs.
• Experience with California privacy compliance and regulatory changes.
• Leadership with influence and mentorship without direct supervision.
• Deep knowledge of privacy laws, data use requirements and information governance.
• Strong business consulting, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred: IAPP certifications (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT).

Aufgaben

• Mature Privacy program capabilities, processes and strategic initiatives.
• Lead complex privacy initiatives and drive program priorities enterprise-wide.
• Serve as SME on privacy, data use, records management and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on California privacy obligations including notice and monitoring.
• Mentor team members and cross-functional partners, building capabilities.
• Identify risks and opportunities, recommending improvements to strengthen the program.
• Design compliant, practical solutions with privacy-by-design in collaboration with business teams.
• Drive innovation with automation, analytics and technology-enabled compliance solutions.
• Develop monitoring, reporting, metrics and governance for oversight.
• Interpret new laws and industry expectations across the enterprise.
• Influence decision-making through strong consultation and relationships.
• Deliver privacy training and awareness initiatives.
