Cornerstone Research in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Compliance and Privacy to shape and drive our firm's data privacy strategy. You will lead policy development, cross-functional collaboration, and risk awareness programs across the firm.

You will own the expert disclosure process, monitor evolving privacy laws, and partner with Legal and HR to enforce standards while supporting case teams and outside counsel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of directly related experience.
• Juris Doctorate preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance and privacy laws.
• Strong ethics and judgment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the firm's primary point of contact on privacy and compliance matters for leadership; influence firmwide risk and compliance strategy.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to prevent, detect, and address violations.
• Draft, modify, and monitor firm policies related to compliance and privacy.
• Monitor regulatory developments in privacy law and adjust firm policy accordingly.
• Develop training content on compliance topics including privacy and data security and prepare risk bulletins.
