Job summary

Omnicell, based in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Senior Analyst, Privacy to embed privacy-by-design across the product lifecycle and R&D initiatives. You will lead privacy impact assessments and advise on data minimization, retention, de-identification, and data sharing for research and analytics, including AI/ML implications.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Commercial to shape privacy strategy and enable rapid, compliant innovation across offerings.

Qualifications

• IAPP certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT.
• 6+ years in privacy or data protection, including healthcare/medical device exposure.
• Experience with privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA Privacy/Security/Breach rules and BAA.
• Familiarity with CCPA/CPRA and global privacy frameworks.
• Ability to translate privacy requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Embed privacy-by-design across the product lifecycle and R&D initiatives.
• Lead PIAs/DPIAs for new products, services, and development tools.
• Advise on data minimization, retention, de-identification, and data sharing.
• Partner with engineering on consent management, access controls, and data segregation.
• Map data flows and support RoPA documentation.
• Provide cross-functional privacy guidance for product launches and go-to-market.
