Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Director of Product Management for Data Solutions to define the vision and drive execution across the Shared Data Platform, Analytics, AI Intelligence, and Agentic Experience.

You will align data, analytics, and workflows to turn insights into action in a cloud-native, enterprise-grade platform. You will lead a team of product managers, partner with engineering, clinical, and commercial leaders, and shape governance, data quality, and monetization

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior leadership overseeing multiple product lines or a platform organization.
• Experience building and scaling data platforms, analytics products, and AI-enabled systems in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong product judgment balancing foundational platform investments with near-term customer and commercial impact.
• Experience with data trust, reliability, and explainability in regulated environments.
• Proven people leadership including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to communicate strategy and results to senior executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-year product vision and roadmap for OmniSphere’s data platform, analytics, AI, and agentic experiences.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable integration of data sources and enterprise data services.
• Oversee the evolution of analytics solutions from descriptive to prescriptive and predictive insights.
• Set product direction for the AI Intelligence Layer, ensuring platform services are reusable across applications.
• Lead the Agent Experience strategy to reduce cognitive burden and automate workflows.
• Mentor and scale senior product managers across data, analytics, AI, and agentic pillars.
