Job summary

GEICO seeks a privacy program leader to guide operational privacy compliance across the organization, reporting to the Data Privacy Director. The role requires strong knowledge of privacy frameworks, incident response leadership, and cross-functional engagement.

The position involves leading privacy assessments, reporting on program maturity, and optimizing GRE tools, including OneTrust experience. On-site collaboration is required with a hybrid work model and 3 days per week at a GEICO office.

Qualifications

• IAPP certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in business/information systems or related field.
• 7+ years supporting data privacy programs; financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Privacy Assessments and Privacy by Design with stakeholders; develop reporting identifying privacy risk and recommendations.
• Support Director in management reporting and communication of program maturity and privacy risk.
• Support ongoing optimization of GRE tools.
• Provide effective leadership for data privacy incident response.
• Assist in development of notices, policies and procedures.
• Support regulatory change management including action plans and privacy by design requirements.
