Job summary

Qualifications

• IAPP certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree with focus on business administration, information system management, or related field is required.
• 7+ years experience in supporting data privacy programs.
• Experience in a regulated financial services industry role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Privacy Assessments and Privacy by Design initiatives with stakeholders and reporting.
• Support Director in management reporting and communication of program maturity and privacy risk.
• Support ongoing optimization of GRE tools; OneTrust experience required.
• Provide effective leadership for data privacy incident response.
• Assist in development of notices, policies and procedures.
• Support regulatory change management including creation of operational privacy action plans and privacy by design requirements.
