Job summary

ICON is seeking a Senior Printing Test Technician to lead testing operations, manage materials and printer logistics, and support repairs and calibration tasks. You will collaborate with ICON teams to maintain performance and quality across test builds.

Reporting to the Testing Lead, you will oversee test preparation, issue resolution, and data reporting while ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards in varied environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification with 3+ years of hands-on experience, or 5+ years in manufacturing/fabrication, or 2+ years in leadership in a technical environment.
• Experience supervising Field Operations Technicians and ensuring policy alignment.
• Ability to coordinate materials delivery and inventory for test readiness.
• Extensive experience coordinating and performing printer repairs and calibrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee test execution and build activities, ensuring schedule and budget alignment.
• Manage material and printer logistics, inventory, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace printer components as needed.
• Ensure SOP compliance and real-time reporting of progress.
