Job summary

ICON is seeking a senior Field Engineering Technician III to commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Titan 3D printing systems on active construction sites in the United States. You will independently resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues, lead field operations, and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Field Technician or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Commission, troubleshoot, and maintain ICON’s 3D printers and related systems.
• Read wiring diagrams and terminate cables (e.g., camlock power).
• Lead field operations and mentor junior technicians on site.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor printer performance to reduce downtime.
• Document troubleshooting steps and repairs in ICON’s ticketing system.
• Travel for multiple weeks and work nights/weekends as needed.
