Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, including SAFe, Scrum, LPM, and DevOps.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels; capable of bridging business and tech.
• Hybrid-office role, three or more days per week in the office.

• Provide strategic guidance via data-driven analysis and industry trends.
