Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience on software teams as Development Manager or Technical Program Manager
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into technical programs
• Proven technical understanding of systems involved
• Willingness to develop deep domain expertise in the area they operate
• TPMs are not expected to write or read code, but are expected to understand system flows, block architectures, APIs and such
• Experience defining and running end-to-end complex technical programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Deep familiarity in Conversational & Generative AI and/or Enterprise Search technologies
• Proven technical excellence in building and shipping agentic platforms and workflows

Responsibilities

• Analyze business objectives, customer needs, product adoption inhibitors and opportunities, and define long-term strategy and roadmap.
• Translate objectives into technical problems and prioritize them in the current environment.
• Define systems programs and action plans to realize those programs.
• Partner with engineers and architects to progress on these problems.
• Manage lifecycle from initiation to forecasting, budgeting, scheduling.
• Manage complex dependencies and cross-company projects.
• Ensure equitable compensation practices and transparent hiring within geographic pay zones.
