Job summary

UKG is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive organizational change behind engineering-wide initiatives within a hybrid work model in the United States. You will partner with TPMs, engineering leaders, and SMEs to shape scope, develop adoption strategies, and ensure sustained change across pillars and value streams.

You will own delivery plans when no other TPM is assigned, while translating technical content and ensuring adoption across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years transforming complex programs or enabling organizational change.
• Experience working with software engineers and engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute change/adoption strategy for multiple programs.
• Assess organizational impact and readiness; identify resistance early.
• Coordinate communications, education, and support across teams.
• Lead program delivery with milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
• Establish long-term ownership and durable engineering processes.
