Job summary

UKG, a leading Workforce Operating Platform, seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive organizational change for engineering-wide initiatives. You will partner with TPMs, engineering leaders, and SMEs to define programs, shape scope, and execute change, communications, readiness, and adoption strategies.

If needed, you will run the program end-to-end, translating the standard and owning adoption. This role focuses on organizational change management within Engineering, assessing impacts,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in transformation, change, adoption, or enablement strategies for complex initiatives.
• Experience working with software engineers and engineering leaders.
• Knowledge of the SaaS software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience developing communications, documentation, training, or self-service resources.
• Experience planning rollouts across multiple teams with sequencing, dependencies, and risks.
• Ability to define and report adoption or readiness metrics to leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.

Responsibilities

• Shape program scope with program teams and technical owners.
• Develop and execute change and adoption strategies for assigned programs.
• Determine communication, education, and support approaches.
• Own engineering communications, explaining changes and actions required.
• Prepare engineering to act with readiness criteria and rollout plans.
• Create scalable enablement: guides, FAQs, training, templates, and support channels.
• Track adoption with readiness status, blockers, and leadership reporting.
• Lead programs end-to-end when no other TPM is assigned.
• Sustain the change with durable engineering processes.
