Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to define and drive org-wide programs across hardware, software, and AI engineering. You will govern commitments, capacity, and dependencies while unblocking stalled initiatives and guiding multi-site deployments.

You will act as the senior liaison between business leadership and engineering, translating targets into actionable capacity plans and presenting portfolio health to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, A-CSM or equivalent certification.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience in software/AI engineering, hardware-software integration, or infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition and cross-functional strategy for org-wide programs spanning all engineering disciplines and global sites.
• Drive the org-wide program portfolio across Hardware, Software, and AI Engineering; maintain the single source of truth for commitments and capacity.
• Interface between business/product leadership and engineering directors to translate targets into capacity plans.
• Design, implement, and own dashboards and reporting frameworks used to brief senior leadership on portfolio health.
• Own real-time capacity vs. committed demand across sites and drive prioritization decisions.
