Job summary

G-P is seeking a Senior/Principal Technical Program Manager to drive execution across technology, aligning with sales and customer support objectives. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, define scopes, and ensure timely delivery with quality at scale.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Engineering or related equivalent work experience.
• Agile Certification (CSM or SAFe) required.
• Experience with Jira, Google Suite and Salesforce preferred.
• 7+ years in technical program management in SaaS or tech.
• Experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technical programs related to sales and customer support.
• Define program scope, objectives and success criteria with detailed plans and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize work and drive decisions.
• Drive customer-focused, agile delivery and optimize workflows.
