Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Systems Test Engineer for the Sentinel program based in Roy, UT. You will plan, execute and document system tests as part of an IPT, collaborating with engineers and suppliers to ensure thorough test coverage.

The role supports prototype, development and qualification testing with 9/80 schedule and potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of application.
Experience with EMI/EMC testing per Mil-Std-461.
Experience with Shock and Vibration testing per Mil-Std-810.
Experience with Construction Material and Structural testing.
Experience with A&E testing.
Experience with Supplier Management.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and document testing for assigned systems as part of an Integrated Product Team (IPT).
Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.
Develop test plans, procedures and test reports.
Support development of instrumentation requirements for testing.
Oversee and direct test house activities and supplier testing for assigned systems.
Provide test status to customer and document results; prepare status documentation.
Collaborate with systems engineers, suppliers, lab operations and other stakeholders.
