Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineering cross-functional contributor to support the Ground program. You will review verification evidence in DOORs, develop tests, and sign off on procedures, ensuring timely product deliveries and alignment with the statement of work.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, on-site work at Space Park Redondo Beach, and collaboration with SMEs across multiple disciplines to shape the product strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• On-site in Space Park Redondo Beach
• 8+ years with Bachelor's in STEM; 6+ with Master's; 4+ with PhD in STEM
• Experience with verification and V&V evidence review
• Experience in writing verification procedures and reviewing logs
• R&V evidence review and DOORs-based verification work

Responsibilities

• Review I&T Tests for verification against requirements
• Ensure formal test evidence supports sign-off
• Collaborate with SMEs to execute the system engineering statement of work
• Prepare contractual documents and deliverables
• Coordinate with teams to execute product strategy and roadmap
• Help manage product backlog and user story elaboration
• Contribute to Verification development and ensure timely delivery
