Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineering cross-functional contributor to join the Ground program. The role involves reviewing verification evidence in DOORs, signing off on tests, and supporting the product vision while ensuring timely deliveries.

On-site work at Space Park Redondo Beach is required. The ideal candidate will review I&T tests, develop verification evidence, and collaborate with subject matter experts to drive the SOW and product roadmap forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing verification evidence against requirements.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and willingness to work on-site.
• DOORs experience and test procedure authoring.
• Ability to develop requirement texts and VCRM fields.
• Background in Systems Engineering verification and V&V activities.

Responsibilities

• Review I&T tests from a requirements and verification perspective.
• Ensure formal test evidence supports requirements for signoff.
• Collaborate with SMEs and technology experts on the SOW.
• Prepare contractual documents and deliverables.
• Cross-functionally execute product strategy and roadmap.
• Help manage the backlog, plan iterations, and write user stories.
• Contribute to verification development and maturity.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure timely delivery and content.
