Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of engineering experience (principal) or higher.
- Experience with IBM Rational DOORS and technical baseline management.
- Writing/updating DOORS requirements and deriving requirements from customer specs.
- System engineering activities: software requirements, validation, and test planning.
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present to stakeholders.
- U.S. Citizenship and current government Secret clearance required.
- Onsite work in Woodland Hills, CA.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements development and test case creation across agile teams.
- Flow requirements into design documentation and verification methods.
- Generate and manage multiple requirements sets (performance and interfaces).
- Provide test directions and ensure data meets requirements.
- Coordinate with Chief Engineer and customers; support milestones.
