Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer- Integration and Test Lead in Cedar Rapids, IA, onsite. The role focuses on verification and validation of High Assurance Devices across the department, maturing security-enabled mission computing and cross-domain technologies.

You will lead integration and test activities, perform analyses, collaborate with architects and product owners, mentor junior engineers, and support multiple programs while ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience with the systems development process including requirements capture, design, integration, and verification/validation.
• Experience working in air-gapped CUI or secure lab environment.
• Active and transferable SECRET clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Typically requires a degree in STEM and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform analysis, architecture and design, focusing on Integration and Testing phases of systems development.
• Perform functional analysis, trade studies, and requirements allocation for Integration and Test.
• Plan, integrate, verify and validate systems, assess cost, risk, and supportability for total solutions.
• Lead Test Readiness Reviews with the Customer and Certification Agencies.
• Collaborate with Systems Architects, Product Owners, and Chief Engineers to develop Integration and Test Environments and Plans.
• Lead Verification, Validation, and Qualification efforts in Unclassified and Classified environments.
