Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with the systems development process: requirements, design, integration, verification/validation.
• Experience working in air-gapped CUI or secure lab environment.
• Active and transferable SECRET clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Typically requires a STEM degree with 8+ years experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, architecture and design focusing on Integration and Testing phases.
• Lead test readiness reviews with customers and certification agencies.
• Collaborate with Systems Architects and Product Owners to generate integration and test environments and plans.
• Lead verification, validation, and qualification efforts in unclassified and classified environments.
• Mentor junior engineers in integration, validation, verification and qualification.
