You will lead I&T activities, develop environments, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance in secured, classified settings.

The role requires a STEM degree with 7–10 years of related experience, active SECRET clearance, and US citizenship. Onsite role with comprehensive benefits and relocation options.

Qualifications

• Experience with the systems development process from requirements to verification/validation.
• Experience in air-gapped CUI or secure lab environments is required.
• Active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and test activities across multiple programs.
• Perform analysis, architecture and design for I&T phases.
• Coordinate with systems architects and product owners on test environments.
• Lead test readiness reviews and verification efforts in unclassified and classified settings.
• Mentor junior engineers in integration, validation, verification and qualification.
