Job Title : Senior Principal Software Engineer / Senior Salesforce Developer

Location : Remote

Duration : 3 MONTHS CTH

Pay Range

• 90- $100 per hour.

Job Description :

• Develop, test, and maintain code using appropriate software development methodologies and technologies.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to develop detailed system designs and test plans for online and report applications.
• Analyze projects and develop project plans with task and time estimates.
• Participate in design walkthroughs to verify design accuracy in meeting business needs.
• Prepare installation instructions and coordinate installation procedures.
• Support and troubleshoot application code issues.
• Provide detailed status reports on project progress and time allocation.
• Guide and mentor programming efforts by in-house programmers or outside consultants to ensure adherence to project plans.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science (preferred).
• Hands-on experience in designing, coding, testing, and supporting custom Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency in Apex coding practices, balancing declarative and programmatic customizations.
• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning, Aura components, and system configuration tools like Flows, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, dashboards.
• At least one Salesforce certification such as Administrator, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
