Who You Are:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer, preferably with team leadership experience, who can quickly learn our current Salesforce implementation and start delivering effective, scalable solutions for our business teams.

This fully remote role involves designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive organizational success. You should have a strong software development background, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams. You will lead the CRM Team and serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert.

Given the role's production support responsibilities, you must be adaptable to changing tasks, available for occasional non-business hours or weekends, and ready to provide technical support during critical issues.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
• Implement complex business logic and workflows to automate processes and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integration and Data Management
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
• Design and execute data migration strategies for seamless data transfer.
• Solution Design and Architecture
• Architect scalable Salesforce solutions following best practices.
• Perform peer reviews and mentor junior developers/admins.
• Technical Leadership
• Serve as a Salesforce expert and lead the team, overseeing daily tasks and DevOps processes.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Work with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and evaluate their impact.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within Salesforce.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IS, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, focusing on Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
• Located in Eastern or Central US time zones.
• Proficient in creating flows, process automation, and understanding Salesforce data/security models.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
• 2-5 years working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Chat, Einstein Chatbots, Omni Channel.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Haves:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II and Advanced Administrator certifications.
• Experience with Flosum or similar DevOps tools.
• Salesforce Experience Cloud knowledge.
• Understanding of HR industry practices.
