Qualifications-

• Extensive hands-on experience with nCino Commercial Banking managed package implementation, including modules such as Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral, etc. Prior implementation experience at other banks is required. Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, conduct code reviews, and participate in solution design activities for complex requirements.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and nCino managed package implementation. Proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL. As the lead, demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to drive overall delivery. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality solutions are essential.
• Expertise in nCino/Salesforce Solution Design and Architecture; lead the nCino implementation SDLC; configure and customize nCino and Salesforce; provide technical guidance and mentorship; ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards; conduct code reviews.
• Certifications required: Salesforce Certifications; nCino Certifications 201/301.
