Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on information technology experience in systems analysis, design, development, and programming
7+ years of development in Java, Swift, Swift UI, Kotlin
5+ years of design and evolve scalable mobile architectures and long-term technical decisions
5+ years of experience managing stakeholder requirements and solutions
3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation
3+ years of setting engineering standards and mentoring engineers
1+ years of AI tech experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
1+ years of Flutter experience
Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives without formal authority

Responsibilities

Define and drive technical direction for the department and enterprise mobile solutions.
Lead architectural reviews and influence vendor selections and tool choices.
Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic technical roadmap aligned with enterprise tech.
Lead technical program initiatives and ensure high-quality delivery.
