We seek a Senior Principal Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced SerDes transmitter circuits, covering clocking, DACs, and output drivers, with a focus on bandwidth and power efficiency. The ideal candidate combines deep analog and mixed-signal expertise with hands-on experience in transmitter architectures and electromagnetic analysis, owning blocks from

Formación

• Experience in high‑speed analog and mixed‑signal IC design.
• Proven SerDes transmitter design experience.
• Strong background in clocking, DACs, and transmitter architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, design and implementation of high-speed SerDes transmitter circuits.
• Drive transmitter clock generation, distribution, and timing optimization.
• Lead high-speed DAC development including time-interleaved architectures and calibration.
• Develop calibration techniques for high-speed time-interleaved DACs.
• Lead design of high-speed output drivers with SI and power optimization.
• Develop bandwidth-extension techniques using passive elements and networks.
• Apply EM simulation/extraction for passive structures and interconnects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end link performance.
• Drive silicon validation and tape-out readiness.
• Provide mentorship and establish design best practices.
