You will design, deploy, and manage lab infrastructure, virtualization, and cyber defense across multiple classification levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field with related engineering experience.
• Current Secret clearance or eligibility for Continuous Evaluation; SAP clearance required before start.
• Must possess IAM Level II certification and be able to maintain it as a condition of employment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, MCM, PowerShell, and Active Directory.
• Experience administering VMWare, VMware vSphere, VDI, and ESXi.
• Familiarity with Atlassian, Coverity, and Fortify web apps; security monitoring tools like Splunk, Nessus, SolarWinds.

Responsibilities

• Perform Lab Infrastructure Design, Deployment, Configuration, and Management.
• Lead desktop virtualization and host system administration.
• Execute network and security functions across multiple development environments.
• Design and implement tools for automation and testing.
• Configure HITL testing and simulations.
• Integrate avionics into test environments and ensure compatibility.
• Develop aircraft simulations and maintain test stations for comprehensive testing.
• Implement cyber networking solutions for secure communications between test systems.
• Document procedures, results, and best practices for assurance and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues.
• Research industry trends and new technologies relevant to test stations and cyber systems.
• Support alternate schedules, shifts, and occasional weekends; travel ~10%.
