Torch Technologies seeks a Principal Program Manager to support AFLCMC/ES with expert program management for DoD acquisition programs. The role requires DoD knowledge, DoDI familiarity, and a Secret clearance, working onsite at Hanscom AFB, MA with travel.

Salary range $135,000–$150,000; benefits include ESOP and comprehensive package. Responsibilities span planning, reporting, RFP inputs, and program oversight to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

Formación

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 20 years of experience in the DoD/DoW, or 30+ years with 12+ years in the DoW.
• Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearance.
• Experience on DoD or USAF acquisition programs and knowledge of DoDI 5000.02/5000.75.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate orally and in writing, delivering high-quality acquisition documentation and briefings.
• Plan, analyze, and assess system acquisitions across development, production, and deployment of weapons systems.
• Support program reviews, IMS/IMP updates, and various status briefings to senior management.
• Develop RFP inputs, SOWs, and CDRLs, and align programs with cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Correlate EVM cost performance with IMS data to monitor program health.
