Job summary

DCS Corp at Hanscom AFB, MA seeks a Senior Program Manager to support AFLCMC/ES and the ESS Division in modernizing and fielding DoD programs. You will lead acquisition activities, coordinate with IPTs, and ensure timely, compliant program execution across the lifecycle.

The role requires DoD program management experience, a current Active Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship. Travel may be required; the position offers competitive benefits and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 12 years of DoD program experience, or 15 years with at least 8 years DoD experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance required.
• Must meet security requirements for access to sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Program Managers and IPTs across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Prepare and review Acquisition Strategies, APBs, LCSPs, risk management plans, and milestone briefings.
• Assist with funding documentation and program reporting (DAES, MARs, SARs).
• Develop briefings, schedules, status reports, and acquisition documentation for senior leadership.
• Coordinate source selection activities and evaluation criteria.
• Ensure compliance with applicable guidance and regulations.
