Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the AFLCMC/C3I group at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role focuses on cradle-to-grave acquisition support for major C2ISR programs and requires a DoW background with Top-Secret clearance.

Schedule is M-F, 8-5, onsite at Hanscom AFB. The candidate will lead IPTs, manage risk, and coordinate with government offices and prime contractors to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus 12+ years of directly related experience with 5 years in a DoW setting.
• Must be able to maintain a Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition program management support to the Program Manager and IPT Leads to ensure successful cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Support cost and schedule reduction initiatives and provide analysis to maintain execution objectives.
• Assist with planning, evaluation, and implementation of acquisition strategies, including risk assessment and cost/schedule realism.
• Coordinate with Government program offices and prime contractors on acquisition processes.
• Prepare inputs for RFPs and associated documentation (SOWs, SRDs, CDRLs).
• Review documentation to ensure consistency across Acquisition Strategies, LCSPs, APBs, ADM, and risk plans.
• Develop and update program reporting artifacts, including MAR, SAR, DAES, and APB.
• Maintain program risk management plans and support risk identification and monitoring.
