Job summary
One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across its care and services ecosystem. You will own a portfolio spanning Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and guide senior PMs and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.
You will drive product strategy, define roadmaps, measure ROI with KPIs, partner with engineering, design, and operations, and ensure delightful, accessible experiences while balancing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or business field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience.
- 10+ years in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify customer needs through research and feedback across tools, processes and experiences.
- Prioritize features and roadmaps in collaboration with other PMs.
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
