Job summary

One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will drive product initiatives from ideation to launch, partnering with engineering, design, operations, data/analytics and commercial teams.

Lead a portfolio across lines of business, translate strategy into measurable value, and accelerate revenue growth while improving front- and back-office workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch.
Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
Identify customer needs through research and feedback across tools and processes.
Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing value, feasibility, and impact.
Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
