Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more. You will guide a portfolio of products, manage senior and staff PMs, and partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

You will drive revenue growth, improve efficiency by reducing manual entry, and shape go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points across tools and experiences.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps balancing customer value, feasibility and business impact.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Own the delivery of features/initiatives on the roadmap and manage blockers.
• Define KPIs to measure product success and inform future decisions.
• Collaborate on go-to-market plans with marketing and sales to drive adoption.
• Oversee products from ideation to sunset if needed.
• Advocate for intuitive, delightful, accessible product experiences and drive rapid prototyping feedback.
• Continuously refine products based on feedback, performance data, and market trends.
