United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Staff/Principal Product Manager, Patient Experience to own the long-term strategy and roadmap for the consumer-facing care experience across partner brands. This is a senior, B2B2C leadership role blending product craft with enterprise requirements.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Ops, and Design to ship AI-powered capabilities, measure impact, and drive cross-functional alignment while navigating regulatory constraints in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in consumer or enterprise products.
• Experience delivering B2B2C or white-label models with distinct end users and paying customers.
• Demonstrated systems thinking across multiple stakeholders and integrations.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered features and evaluating tradeoffs.
• Navigate enterprise partner requirements with compliance, brand, and clinical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and roadmap for patient experience across partner brands.
• Architect frameworks to standardize versus configure experiences for partners.
• Translate partner requirements into a unified product strategy for patients.
• Collaborate with Design to set a trustworthy AI+human powered patient experience at scale.
• Map patient journey end-to-end and identify friction or trust gaps.
• Work with Engineering, Clinical Operations, and partner teams to design scalable solutions.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and evaluation criteria for AI-driven capabilities.
