Job summary

Teladoc Health is seeking a senior product leader to own the core member software experience across the care journey. You will translate abstract problems into concrete requirements and drive end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will use user research, analytics, and prototyping to shape the product strategy, set measurable goals, and mentor other product managers. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role with travel up to modest amounts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience at a senior level in consumer-facing products at meaningful scale.
• Strong command of B2C product dynamics including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for the core member-facing software across the full care journey.
• Map the complete member journey end to end and align across engineering, design, data science, clinical, operations, and marketing.
• Champion great design and contribute to design reviews while maintaining a high bar on craft and detail.
• Drive outcomes with data and research using user research, behavioral data, and A/B testing.
