Job summary

Wheel seeks a Staff/Principal Product Manager, Patient Experience to own the strategy and roadmap for patient-facing experiences accessed through enterprise partners. This B2B2C role requires delivering consumer-grade UX while meeting enterprise compliance and brand needs.

You will guide AI-powered capabilities, coordinate with Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, and partner teams, and translate partner needs into a unified product strategy that scales across networks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing products.
• Experience with B2B2C or white-label models is a plus.
• Hands-on with AI-powered product decisions and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and roadmap for patient experience across partner surfaces.
• Translate partner requirements into a unified strategy serving patients and partners.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Clinical Operations and partner teams.
• Lead with AI-driven capabilities from ideation to deployment and iteration.
