Job summary

Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the vision and strategy for the member experience across the full care journey, from discovery to care delivery and follow-up.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, clinical operations, and marketing to translate complex problems into concrete roadmaps informed by user research and product analytics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience at a senior level in consumer-facing products at meaningful scale.
• Direct ownership of at least one consumer product experience from ambiguous problem to measurable adoption.
• Strong command of B2C product dynamics: onboarding, activation, engagement, retention.
• Strong product analytics proficiency, including experience with product analytics tools and SQL; combine qualitative and quantitative insight.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed org.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Bonus qualifications include design-sense and health-tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy: multi-year roadmap for the core member-facing software across the full care journey.
• Think in systems: map the member journey end-to-end and align across engineering, design, data science, clinical, ops, and marketing.
• Champion great design: partner with design and maintain high craft standards.
• Drive outcomes with data and research: use user research, analytics, and A/B testing to inform decisions.
• Take ideas from concept to impact: lead prototyping, launch, and iteration with high execution standards.
• Lead up, down, and across: communicate clearly to engineers and executives and manage complex conversations.
• Raise the bar for product: mentor other PMs on craft, systems thinking, and rigor.
