Job summary

One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health, unifying initiatives under a cohesive vision. You will guide Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation, integration, and market expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS/tech.
Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with goals and customer needs.
Conduct user research and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities across tools and processes.
Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing customer value, feasibility, and business impact.
Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful launches.
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform future decisions.
Partner with marketing and sales to develop launch plans that drive adoption.
