Job summary

One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead a multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more. You will own a broad portfolio, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to drive automation, integration, and market expansion.

You will guide ideation through delivery, balancing customer needs with feasibility and time-to-impact while mentoring junior PMs and influencing stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or business, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of product management in tech/SaaS.
Proven track record from concept to launch.
Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with goals.
Identify customer pain points via research and data analysis.
Prioritize features and maintain the roadmap with technical feasibility.
Write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
Track KPIs to measure product impact and ROI.
Lead or partner with other PMs as needed.
