Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience; master's/PhD may substitute years of experience.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain; SAP/Top Secret clearance a plus.
• Experience leading large, complex programs and engaging senior customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across management levels and stakeholders to align program objectives.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, risk registers, and dashboards for leadership.
• Lead creation of program definitions, strategic rhythm, and integrated processes.
• Manage Earned Value Management and control accounts to forecast health.
• Oversee requirements management with traceability across lifecycle phases.
• Staffing, resource allocation, and capability development for milestones.
