Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Utah seeks a Principal Information Systems Project Manager to oversee large, multi-disciplinary programs. You will drive schedules, budgets, and technical requirements across teams, reporting to the SDS Engineering Functional Homeroom in Roy, UT.

Expect collaboration with senior leaders to ensure program success and delivery excellence. The role requires DoD Secret clearance, strong program management skills, and experience with EVMS, IMS, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD, 4 additional years of experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain SAP approval within a reasonable period.
• Must have knowledge of Systems Engineering V Life Cycle or SDLC.
• Must be knowledgeable in Office and Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence).
• Experience in Global Supply Chain, Design Engineering, SW Dev, IT Operations, Cyber, Data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion across functional organizations.
• Develop project execution plans and allocate technical and business resources.
• Engage with senior leadership and report to Assignment Manager.
• Lead CAM, EVM, IMS, RIO, procurement, and resource management tasks.
• Support Agile/DevOps activities and software/digital capability delivery.
