Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Roy, Utah seeks a Principal Information Systems Project Manager to oversee large-scale programs from inception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, prepare execution plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting technical requirements, reporting to the SDS Engineering Functional Homeroom.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, strong program management skills, and experience with EVMS, IMS, and risk management. Sentinel program involvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have U.S. citizenship and DoD Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering V Life Cycle or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence).
• Ability to lead large, cross-functional projects and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Perform or support CAM tasks and Earned Value Management activities.
• Perform or support Integrated Master Schedule tasks and risk, issue, opportunity management.
• Oversee procurement, purchasing, supplier management, and contracting tasks.
• Manage resources and drive Agile/DevOps activities (PI Planning, backlog refinement, Jira).
• Contribute to software/digital capabilities design, development, and delivery.
