Twin Health seeks a Senior Principal Product Manager to shape the future of its member experience and AI-powered interactions. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution across onboarding, daily guidance, Digital Twin interactions, and behavior change, collaborating with Design, Engineering, Clinical, and AI/ML teams to drive engagement and health outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience for consumer-facing mobile and web products.
Proven track record of defining product vision, strategy, and delivering from concept to measurable outcomes; experience with AI-powered consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for Twin's member experience across onboarding, daily plans, AI guidance, and long-term engagement.
Deliver AI-powered experiences across app, chat, voice, and proactive surfaces with clear guidance.
Define the Digital Twin experience, showing users what to do next and why it matters.
Understand member needs through user research, data, and experimentation to identify high-impact opportunities.
Translate complex problems into intuitive product requirements and influence stakeholders.
Balance rapid experiments with long-term platform investments to scale to millions of members.
Define and track success metrics and iterate based on feedback and outcomes.
Drive alignment across executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
