Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the end-to-end Medicare Advantage product experience in the United States. You will drive how Twin's product and care model evolves to meet MA members—from enrollment and onboarding through sensors, daily engagement, clinical care, and long-term health outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management with complex end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to see across organizational boundaries and create coherent experiences.
• Empathy for members; accessibility and inclusivity for diverse populations.
• Defines meaningful metrics and uses data to prioritize investments.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end journey for Twin's Medicare Advantage members, from enrollment and onboarding through ongoing engagement, care delivery, and long-term outcomes.
• Directly own and deliver critical MA-specific product experiences while identifying where existing Twin capabilities should be adapted, extended, or reused.
• Serve as the cross-functional product lead for Medicare Advantage, coordinating product investments and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Develop deep understanding of Medicare members’ needs, behaviors, and barriers, translating insights into product requirements.
• Partner with Clinical and Operations to design scalable workflows delivering a superior member experience.
• Identify friction across the MA journey and drive issues from discovery through resolution across product areas.
• Define and track success metrics across activation, engagement, retention, and clinical outcomes; iterate based on results.
