Lark Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the future of our core member app and AI coaching. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver features that improve members’ health outcomes and drive the product roadmap.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and healthcare partners to ship AI-powered capabilities while navigating regulatory considerations and user trust. This role blends healthcare insight with cutting-edge AI to empower healthier lives.

Qualifications

• Track record shipping consumer mobile products
• Strong product judgment and craft
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features
• Analytics and experimentation mindset beyond basic A/B testing
• Familiarity with lean product development in distributed teams
• Understanding of behavior change design in regulated health spaces
• Experience with Medicare or older-adult populations or B2C health/fitness

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of our core app and AI coaching from concept to launch.
• Apply hypothesis-driven thinking using market data and user testing to shape features.
• Own portions of the product roadmap with clear requirements and launch plans.
• Establish a rigorous measurement practice with appropriate metrics and evidence.
• Define success and communicate results to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Enrollment and EHR teams to align on member outcomes
