Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with complex end-to-end journeys.
• Ability to partner across multiple teams and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong consumer-centric mindset with accessibility focus for diverse populations.
• Data-driven approach using meaningful metrics to prioritize investments.
• Healthcare product leadership experience is a plus, Medicare background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Medicare Advantage product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end member journey.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Member Experience, Sensors, Clinical, Operations, Engineering, and Design.
• Translate member insights into product requirements and scalable workflows.
• Define success metrics and iterate based on activation, engagement, and outcomes.
• Identify friction and drive resolution across product areas.
