Job summary

ADP is seeking a Principal Program Manager in NAS Lyric to lead large, multi‑year projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams. You will ensure timely delivery within budget while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive strategic outcomes.

You will apply strong program management practices, coach team members, and maintain a focus on delivering measurable ROI for clients. This role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management and/or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience leading medium to large cross‑functional and/or multi‑year projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies.
• Ability to coach, train, and mentor other team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage large project teams responsible for planning, coordination and implementation of projects within timeframes and budgets.
• Identify cross‑functional resources and build diverse teams to drive business success.
• Provide analysis and status reports including business case, ROI, and post‑project review; assess risks and issues.
