Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Principal Client Success Executive to lead large, global client accounts and drive success across the Lyric HCM journey. You will partner with product, implementation, and project teams to define Launch Readiness and ensure outcomes align with client goals.

You will own client outcomes, execute comprehensive success plans, manage risk, and lead renewal strategies to maximize long-term value for both ADP and its clients across the portfolio.

• The CSE will define and implement Launch Readiness for all phases of the rollout of the Lyric HCM solution.
• The CSE will align with Client Stakeholders to gain knowledge of the clients desired outcomes and develop client success plans.
• The CSE manages at all levels to drive end-to-end client experience and long-term partnership.
